Mom was a little upset with me this morning. At 4:00 AM I was making quite a nuisance of myself jumping all over her and being a real whiny baby for my breakfast stinky goodness. She finally gave in and fed us so that she could try and get more sleep. Mom really wasn't upset. She knows how it is when mancat bellies are empty and need filling up again. Thanks mom!

Good work - after all when you're hungry, you need to be fed immediately - that's a rule for all kitties to impress on their beans.

Mum makes sure our food bowls are topped right up before she goes to bed. She knows that if she doesn't, she won't be getting much sleep.
Your bean is very wise! My mom always leaves out crunchies for us, but our tummies want stinky goodness first thing in the morning. So mom gets out of bed at 5 AM, crawls to the kitchen, opens a can or two of stinky goodness, and crawls back to bed for another hour or so of sleep, and I don't think she even wakes up completely to do that. She knows that when our tummies want stinky goodness, no one sleeps.
Yeah, our mom gets dat we need food to and always gets up to feed us...sometimes she goes back to bed and sometimes she stays up and does stuff and dat is fun.
I think that deep down, mommas like it when we let them know that we are starving, because they worry so much about us.

We try to get breakfast at 4am too - it doesn't always work for us.

Oh oh!! Your mom should never give in, now you knows it works you can pester her every morning.
Someone on the cat blogosphere has a cat with a feeder that goes off at 2am every morning, so that midnight snacks can be had.
My mum won't feed me any extras, only sometimes I jump on her at 6am if I is hungry.
